  The Objective
The New York International Auto Show is the biggest consumer auto show in North America. Approximately 1.3 million auto-enthusiasts, industry reps and reporters gather to see the latest concept cars, production vehicles and new car debuts. With the show becoming overwhelmingly popular, long lines were fast becoming an immense problem. The Auto Show needed a way to speed up traffic, cut down on fraud and further their reputation as a first class event.

The Solution
Interactive Ticketing provided everything the New York Auto Show needed… and more. Superbly designed and ready to implement, setup began one month before the show’s opening.  By using their unique barcode based technology and onsite scanners customers where able to avoid long wait times and get right into this much anticipated event. The Result

The scanning system tracks the admissions with a downloadable database of tickets purchased and immediately detects a duplicate scan, so cheaters need not apply! The results have been extraordinary, with shorter lines, higher profits and happier customers.
