Real-time statistics on scanned tickets, and attendee volume are available by accessing your "Ticket Manager." We also have dynamic, fail-safe measures that enable the continued scanning and verification of tickets without a network connection should the Internet temporarily go offline.

INTERACTIVE TICKETING's Wireless Scanning Provides the following features:
- Portability- Handheld scanners are lightweight and have long-lasting battery operation. Scanners can be deployed as needed to any scanning location you choose.
- Get Connected- Our technology brings you cellular based Internet connectivity, enabling real-time communication at locations where Local Area Networks (LANs) are difficult to install, expensive to operate, or are unreliable.
- Easy to Setup/Update- Installation takes about 15 minutes. Software updates can be easily downloaded onto your PDA by simply accessing Internet Explorer via the PDA unit or by inserting a Scan Disk Card that contains the software update.
- Fail safe controls- Our technology can validate tickets even if your network connection fails or goes offline. Every scanned ticket is tracked and can be imported into the master purchase database when a connection becomes available.
- Rentals Available- Investing in a PDA Unit and broadband router can be expensive and is why we offer affordable rental options. Each PDA unit we ship comes with a broadband router (if Wi-Fi is not available) and is ready to use out of the box.
- Real-Time Results- At anytime during your event you can log into your "Ticket Manager" and get immediate feedback on your redemption rates.
