Best Available Priority Seating- Online purchasers will be able to select “Best Available” seats, working outwards from predetermined locations on your seating chart. This method ensures your patrons will get the best seats and prevents selections outside of the “Seating Zones”. This will also eliminate empty, single seat dispersion and will help your facility fill up to capacity.
Real-time Box Office Sales Control- You will have real-time box office sales access to your online seating chart. “Reserved Seating” and other zones not available to online purchasers can be accessed using our intuitive “Ticket Manager” software. These features will be available at all times during your event.
Zone Seating with Buffer Protection- Establish seating zones and specify the number of tickets per zone that can be sold online, allowing designated tickets to be sold through your Box Office or Call Center. This feature is useful for concerts where grandstand seating is included in general admission or if a special zone needs to be reserved for “Day Of” sales.
Wireless Barcode Validation- Validating online tickets via wireless scanning devices or existing box office computers prevents acceptance of duplicate or counterfeit tickets and provides real-time scanning statistics.
