INTERACTIVE TICKETING has just released an updated version of our innovative “Newsletter Tool”.  This tool will let you easily create and launch email campaigns to your customers.

Promotional & Tracking Links:
Advance Newsletter Campaigns can help ignite your pre-sales, especially when used with a promo code link offering discounted, “early bird” tickets.  Promo code links can be created using the "Promotional Code" tool found in the "Ticket Manager" and inserted into the body of your emails.  

A standard tracking link can also be inserted in your emails (for non-discount promotions) which will also track all “direct from email” purchases.  Both promo code and tracking code link statistics can be found in the “Daily Reports” section of the “Ticket Manager”.  These are excellent ways to measure the effectiveness of each your newsletter campaigns.

Flexibility:
We have designed the Newsletter Tool to be user friendly, and give you the freedom of control.  You can easily upload banner graphics, copy, photos and logos using our “Easy Template” option.  For those who have a specific design or layout, the ability to upload html files for a more custom design is also available.

Data Management:
Because the “Newsletter Tool” is part of the “Ticket Manager”, you can upload databases created by any of your ticketing systems by simply selecting them from a menu.  This is a great way to utilize the email data you have generated from your past or present systems.  Email databases generated outside the ticketing system can also be used by imported a csv file. 

It is also important to keep track of customers who “opt-out” from receiving future emails.  If a recipient does not want to receive future mailings they can simply follow the “opt-out” instructions found at the bottom of the email.  Our system keeps track of these so you can stay compliant with current bulk email regulations.  All “opt-outs” can be viewed from a menu and manually added or removed from the list if needed.
