2009 Comparative & Custom Reports Update

INTERACTIVE TICKETING features new comparative and custom reporting tools that allow you to conveniently compare total ticket sales from previous years with sales from your current year.   This “Comparative Reports” feature can be found by logging into the “Ticket Manager”, mousing over “Reports” and clicking “Comparative Reports.”  For those with multiple systems you can select a particular event in the orange dropdown at the top.  You will be able to see a day-by-day analysis of how your sales are doing as compared to previous years if you select “Display every individual day” in the orange dropdown beneath the event selection.  These reports are setup to compare sales as they relate to each year’s actual show dates.

A custom report can also be made from this tool by clicking the “Add New Report” tab at the top of the page.  This new addition will let you isolate particular ticket types such as an “Adult General Admission Ticket” and allow you to compare a single ticket type with previous years.  Multiple custom reports can be saved in the manager or printed as a pdf file.
