Ticket Station Desktop - New Release

A new version of Ticket Station Desktop is now available for download. We encourage you to download and upgrade to Ticket Station v2.09.03 for Windows. This release of the software is designed to correct the following issues. - Occasionally, Ticket Station may 'reset' the configuration file, resulting in the connection key disappearing and the Gate ID resetting to "Main Entry".
- Ticket Station stops being connected to the remote server and any attempt to scan a ticket results in an "Invalid Checksum" message.
These issues are only present in versions 2.09.00 through 2.09.02. If you have an older version we still encourage you to upgrade, but it is not as critical. To Download - Sign into the Ticketing Manager (https://v2.interactiveticketing.com/tickets/manager).
- Go to 'Software & Docs' and click on the 'Scan Software' link.
- Download and install Ticket Station v2.09.03 for Windows on each of your scanning stations. (Ticket Station v2.09.03.msi)
- Follow the steps in the Installation Wizard. IMPORTANT! During installation and startup, if asked to 'restore data from backup?' select Yes. The program should retain the setup and ticket information from before the installation. Selecting 'No' at this step could compromise the scanning data obtained prior to the installation.
