New features include:

Support for percentage based and flat dollar amount discounts relative to the price of the tickets.
The ability to quickly apply relative discounts (flat/percentage based) to any number of price points at once.
Promotions can now be categorized into custom groups for easier management
Overhaul of the Time-Slot Date Restriction feature, making it less time consuming to make promotions only eligible on specific slot dates and times.
