Fraud Prevention Feature Announcement: Hard Email Bounce

Interactive Ticketing is proud to announce an upgrade to our Fraud Protection Settings. We can now detect and flag orders that had a hard bounce-back occur on the email address. A hard bounce indicates a permanent reason an email cannot be delivered. Here are some common reasons a hard bounce could occur:

  • Recipient email address does not exist
  • Domain name does not exist
  • Recipient email server has completely blocked delivery

Based on our experience we know that potentially fraudulent orders are frequently placed with a fake or invalid email address. This new feature will help you detect those orders and take action early to help reduce fraud and prevent chargebacks.

Interactive Ticketing 100% American Made, Then And Now!

Did you know that since our first day over 20 years ago, Interactive Ticketing has exclusively hired and contracted all work within the United States? Unlike many of our competitors, we’ve NEVER outsourced to other countries. No coding in India. No help desks in Thailand. No cold calls from the Philippines. Embracing the power of the domestic economy at a time when this is more relevant than ever, we’re proud to say that we are still 100% American made.

Interactive Ticketing remains a privately held company. This is important because, unlike our competitors, we don’t answer to boards, investors, or stockholders - we answer to YOU.

Apple Wallet Integration

The new Apple® Wallet feature in iOS 9 is the cleanest way to keep things like credit cards, airline boarding passes, and event tickets all in one convenient digital place. You may not know this, but Interactive Ticketing has been utilizing this solution for years.

Use our Lookup Coordinates tool to enter the latitude and longitude of your event in our Interactive Ticketing Dashboard. When customers purchase their tickets on an Apple device, the purchased tickets can be placed into their Wallet. Upon arrival at your event, Wallet will automatically pull up the customer’s tickets on the lock screen of their mobile device. No more phone purchasers fumbling through their device looking for their tickets!
