We’re pleased to announce that we've upgraded our existing reporting tool for timed ticketing!
You can find the Time Slot report under the ‘Reports’ tab in your Dashboard, as well as in the Timed Ticketing tool. This new report displays relevant data for each time slot. Now, for any given slot, you can see overall capacity, how many tickets have been sold or are still available and how many tickets have been scanned or remain unscanned.
This report also sorts the time slot categories into individual tabs, offering a clean and organized way to find the exact time slot information you’re looking for. For customer-specific information, click on a row and a new page will load with details on each ticket under that time slot.
