Fraud Prevention Feature Announcement: Hard Email Bounce

Interactive Ticketing is proud to announce an upgrade to our Fraud Protection Settings. We can now detect and flag orders that had a hard bounce-back occur on the email address. A hard bounce indicates a permanent reason an email cannot be delivered. Here are some common reasons a hard bounce could occur:

  • Recipient email address does not exist
  • Domain name does not exist
  • Recipient email server has completely blocked delivery

Based on our experience we know that potentially fraudulent orders are frequently placed with a fake or invalid email address. This new feature will help you detect those orders and take action early to help reduce fraud and prevent chargebacks.

Interactive Ticketing 100% American Made, Then And Now!

Did you know that since our first day over 20 years ago, Interactive Ticketing has exclusively hired and contracted all work within the United States? Unlike many of our competitors, we’ve NEVER outsourced to other countries. No coding in India. No help desks in Thailand. No cold calls from the Philippines. Embracing the power of the domestic economy at a time when this is more relevant than ever, we’re proud to say that we are still 100% American made.

Interactive Ticketing remains a privately held company. This is important because, unlike our competitors, we don’t answer to boards, investors, or stockholders - we answer to YOU.
